Roy joined AVN in 2007 to lead AVN’s process design package preparation efforts. He has managed both basic and detailed design projects generally as commercial scale-up from AVN pilot plant operations. Roy has demonstrated expertise in process simulation and modeling and economic analyses.
In prior positions, Roy provided engineering expertise and leadership for global support of polyolefins licensing and tech transfer and conducted pilot plant testing and process improvement studies to assess the economic and technical feasibility of incorporating new technology concepts into existing processes.
